Englewood City Council recently adopted an ordinance amending Englewood Municipal Code provisions relating to "Dogs and Cats." The changes, which go into effect July 21, are the result of months of discussions between City Council, staff, the Code Enforcement Advisory Committee, and a citizen-based Dangerous Animal Task Force formed to review the City's regulations.
City Council's goal in amending the Code provisions was to "insure public safety through strengthening the current provisions in the Code relating to dangerous animals."
