Xcel Energy has opened its 2009 Insulate Rebate Colorado program to all Xcel gas customers. The program provides rebates to residential property owners for qualified home insulation expenses incurred from January 1, 2009 through December 31, 2010. Submit the rebate form directly to Xcel Energy.
