• You must have a valid Englewood Public Library card to use this service. If you have fines of $10.00 or more you cannot place an Interlibrary Loan Request. Please pay fines before attempting any requests.
• Please search for the desired materials in the Englewood Public Library catalog first before requesting any materials through Interlibrary Loan. Go to the Library's Web site and follow the links to the library catalog. Enter your search terms and search.  If you do not find the item in our catalog, you may place an Interlibrary Loan request from SWIFT.

Search SWIFT from the Colorado Virtual Library (CVL) Website or click on the link:  “Search Other Libraries in Colorado” and this will take you to the CVL website.  If you have used the ILL services through EPL from home, your name will be in this database and you will be able to place ILL requests. If you have not used ILL from home before, please contact our Interlibrary Loan Department and ask for Angela at 303-762-2561 or Kathleen at 303-762-2563.

Go to http://aclin.org or select Colorado Virtual Library from Englewood Public Library’s Web site.

Select Author, Title, or Keyword and type your search terms in the CVL Quick Search box.  Click  Search.

Your results are displayed.

When you find an item that you would like to order, select the title to view the record.  If the record contains an ISBN number, click Request This Item.  If an ISBN number is not present, DO NOT place a request. 

At Home Library, select Englewood Public Library  You must pick up the requested materials from this library!  Enter your library card number (all 14 digits!) and last name.  Click Enter.  If the information displayed is correct, select Send This Request.  At the next screen, click Send Now.

You may request up to 6 items.

You will be notified by the library when the item is available for pick up either through your email if requested or phone call. If you want to be notified by email, please contact our ILL department at 303-762-2561 or 303-762-2563 to set up that feature.
