Englewood has signed an animal shelter agreement with the Humane Society of the South Platte Valley, a private non-profit agency located at 2129 W. Chenango Avenue in Littleton (near the Englewood/Littleton border). The new shelter, which will also serve the City of Littleton, is scheduled to open this week. 

Beginning this week, all lost and stray pets will be taken to this new facility. If you have lost a pet, please check with the shelter to see if it has been taken there.
